Veronica Whalen Jones

Veronica is a fitness and wellness professional with a BS in Exercise Science and her MS in Health Sciences. She has been teaching group exercise for 10 years and has certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.

After being introduced to Yoga in 2004, the passion she felt for the art and science of Yoga led her to the Charlottesville Yoga School where she is a graduate of their 200 hour teacher training program. She believes that anyone can practice yoga regardless of ability, age or flexibility. She loves to experience different styles of yoga and infuses this enthusiasm into her practice and teaching.
